After some rather cool days, which have caused some leaves to change their colour, (see first photo) we finally had a really sunny day again with temperatures around 20°C. Therefore I cycled to an outdoor store to buy a cheap bicycle helmet (which was about time, given our steep way downhill to university!) and subsequently embarked on a bike trip together with my Austrian fellow student Günther through Estenstadmarka, a nice forested and quite hilly area not far from Moholt. As I am writing this post my thighs are still slightly burning - a good felling! We took a rather random route through the forrest on some of the many stony/rooty soil and gravel paths and enjoyed both the magnificent view over Trondheim and some minutes sitting in the sun at Estenstadhytta.Montag, 6.
